Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Notice of Initiation and Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Review

Abstract

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating a changed circumstances review (CCR) to determine whether Camimex Group Joint Stock Company is the successor-in-interest to Camau Frozen Seafood Processing Import Export Corporation in the context of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp (shrimp) from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam). We also preliminarily determine that Camimex Group Joint Stock Company is the successor-in- interest to Camau Frozen Seafood Processing Import Export Corporation. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

[ 1 ] In the original investigation, we selected Camau Frozen Seafood Processing Import Export Corporation as a mandatory respondent and granted it a separate rate. [ 2 ] Camau Frozen Seafood Processing Import Export Corporation's separate rate status has not changed
