SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On November 3, 2023, Commerce published in the Federal Register the preliminary results of this administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam. [ 1 ] This review covers 118 companies preliminarily determined to be part of the Vietnam-wide entity and four companies preliminarily determined to have no shipments of subject merchandise during the POR.
