SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that producers/exported subject to this administrative review made sales of certain frozen warmwater shrimp (shrimp) from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), February 1, 2023, through January 31, 2024. Additionally, Commerce determines that 24 exporters are eligible for separate rates, and is rescinding the review with respect to Trang Khanh Seafood Co., Ltd. DATES: Applicable February 23, 2026.
