SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that sales of certain frozen warmwater shrimp (shrimp) from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) by Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company/FIMEX VN/Sao Ta Seafood Factory/Khang An Foods Joint Stock Company (collectively, Fimex Group) and Soc Trang Seafood Joint Stock Company (STAPIMEX) were made at prices below normal value (NV) and that 29 exporters are eligible for separate rates. Commerce is also rescinding the review with respect to certain exporters that had no reviewable entries of subject merchandise during the period of review (POR), February 1, 2024, through January 31, 2025.
