SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On May 2, 2019, Commerce initiated an administrative review of certain frozen warmwater shrimp (shrimp) from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam)  [ 1 ] for 125 producers and exporters of subject merchandise. [ 2 ] Based on timely withdrawals of review requests from the petitioner, [ 3 ] ASPA, [ 4 ] and various Vietnamese companies, Commerce rescinded this review, in part, with respect to a total of 48 companies, and their name variations, as identified in the Appendices of the First Partial Rescission and the Second Partial Rescission, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.213(d)(1) .
