SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that sales of certain frozen warmwater shrimp (shrimp) from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) by Fimex VN and Nha Trang Seaproduct Company were not made at prices below normal value (NV). SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background In response to requests from interested parties, Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) which it initiated on April 16, 2018. [ 1 ] The period of review (POR) is February 1, 2017, through January 31, 2018. On August 9, 2018, we rescinded the review with respect to Soc Trang Seafood Joint Stock Company and Seavina Joint Stock Company.
