Commercial Space Transportation Licensing Regulations; Correction

This document contains a correction to the final rule published in the Federal Register of April 21, 1999 (64 FR 19586). That document amends its licensing regulations in order to clarify its license application process generally, and for launches from federal launch ranges, specifically. The regulations are intended to provide applicants and licensees greater specificity and clarity regarding the scope of a license, and to codify and amend licensing requirements and criteria.
