Commercial Space Transportation Licensing Regulations; Correction

This document corrects the preamble to a proposed rule published in the Federal Register on March 19, 1997 (62 FR 13216) which proposes to amend licensing regulations for launching commercial launch vehicles from Federal launch ranges. The proposed regulations are intended to provide applicants and licensees greater specificity and clarity regarding the scope of a license, and regarding licensing requirements and criteria.
