SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Electroquímica de Hernani, S.A. (Hernani) and Ercros, S.A. (Ercros) did not make sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025. In addition, we are rescinding the review with respect to Industrias Químicas Tamar, S.L. (Industrias Químicas Tamar).
