SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 7, 2023, Commerce published the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates (chlorinated isos) from Spain. [ 1 ] For a summary of the events that occurred since the Preliminary Results, see the Issues and Decision Memorandum. [ 2 ] The sole mandatory respondent in this administrative review is Ercros S.A. (Ercros). The producers/exporters not selected for individual examination are listed in the “Final Results of Review” section of this notice.
