SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that sales of chlorinated isocyanurates from Spain were not sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding this administrative review with respect to two companies under review. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
