SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On February 11, 2026, we published the Preliminary Results and invited interested parties to comment. [ 1 ] On May 15, 2026, and August 3, 2026, Commerce extended the deadline of the final results of this administrative review, in accordance with section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.213(h)(2) .
