SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain exporters of passenger vehicle and light truck tires (passenger tires) from the People's Republic of China (China) made sales of subject merchandise at prices below than normal value during the period of review (POR), August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024. [ 1 ] On May 15, 2026, and August 3, 2026, Commerce extended the deadline of the final results of this administrative review, in accordance with section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.213(h)(2) .
