SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On August 10, 2015, Commerce published the AD order on passenger tires from China in the Federal Register . [ 1 ] On January 2, 2026, Commerce published the notice of initiation of this second sunset review of the Order, pursuant to section 751(c) of Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act).
