SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On September 25, 2025, based on timely requests for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain passenger vehicle and light truck (PVLT) tires from the People's Republic of China (China). [ 1 ] On October 15, 2025, Pirelli Tyre Co., Ltd. (Pirelli Tyre) timely withdrew its request for review.
