SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that producers/exporters subject to this review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), August 1, 2024, through July 31, 2025. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On September 25, 2025, based on timely requests for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain passenger vehicle and light truck (PVLT) tires from the People's Republic of China (China). [ 1 ] On October 15, 2025, Pirelli Tyre Co., Ltd. (Pirelli Tyre) timely withdrew its request for review. [ 2 ] On December 22, 2025, Qingdao Keter International Co., Limited (Keter) timely withdrew its request for review.
