SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain exporters of hydrofluorocarbon blends (HFC blends) from the People's Republic of China (China) sold subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024. Further, we also determine that Zhejiang Yonghe Refrigerant Co., Ltd. (Zhejiang Yonghe) had no shipments of subject merchandise to the United States during the POR. DATES: Applicable July 30, 2026. [ 1 ] We received timely case and rebuttal briefs from the American HFC Coalition (the petitioner) and Zhejiang Sanmei Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. (Sanmei).
