SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 2, 2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register its Preliminary Determination that imports of R-410B completed in Mexico using Chinese-origin HFC components and subsequently exported from Mexico to the United States are not circumventing the Order and invited interested parties to comment.
