SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On September 25, 2025, based on a timely request for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) blends from the People's Republic of China (China). [ 1 ] Due to the lapse in appropriations and Federal Government shutdown, on November 14, 2025, Commerce tolled all deadlines in administrative proceedings by 47 days.
