Abstract

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is amending the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain aluminum foil (aluminum foil) from the People's Republic of China (China) to correct a ministerial error. The period of review (POR), April 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On April 16, 2026, Commerce published the Final Results of the 2023-2024 administrative review of the AD order on aluminum foil from China. [ 1 ] On April 21, 2026, we received a timely filed ministerial error allegation from the Aluminum Association Trade ( printed page 31424) Enforcement Working Group, [ 2 ] the petitioners. [ 3 ] As we agree with the allegations, we are amending the Final Results to correct certain ministerial errors raised by the petitioners.
