SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On April 19, 2018, Commerce published the sales at less-than-fair-value order on aluminum foil from China. [ 1 ] On April 1, 2025, Commerce published a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order, pursuant to section 751(a)(1) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). [ 2 ] On June 12, 2024, in response to review requests from interested parties, Commerce published the notice of initiation of an administrative review of the Order covering 24 companies.
