Abstract

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain producers and/or exporters made sales of certain aluminum foil (aluminum foil) at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding this administrative review with respect to certain companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of this review.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On June 12, 2023, in response to review requests from multiple parties, Commerce published the notice of initiation of an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain aluminum foil from the People's Republic of China (China), [ 1 ] covering 45 companies. [ 2 ] Between July 31 and September 11, 2023, all requests for review were timely withdrawn for certain companies.
