SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that exporters subject to this review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), February 1, 2024, through January 31, 2025. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On March 28, 2025, based on timely requests for an administrative review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on wood mouldings and millwork products (millwork products) from the People's Republic of China (China) with respect to 35 companies.
