[ 1 ] On January 2, 2026, Commerce published the notice of initiation of this first sunset review of the Order, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). [ 2 ] On January 20, 2026, Commerce received a timely and complete notice of intent to participate in the sunset review for the domestic interested party  [ 3 ] within the deadline specified in the 19 CFR 351.218(d)(1)(i) .
