SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain exporters/producers of organic soybean meal from India received countervailable subsidies during the period of review (POR) January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On June 18, 2025, Commerce published in the Federal Register the Preliminary Results of this administrative review and invited interested parties to comment. [ 1 ] On September 18, 2025, we extended the time limits for these final results to November 17, 2025.
