SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to certain producers/exporters of organic soybean meal from India. [ 1 ] On August 11, 2023, Commerce selected Delight Lifelike Products Private Ltd. and Vinod Kumar Ranjeet Singh Bafna.
