(Hankook) and Nexen Tire Corporation (Nexen) made sales of passenger vehicle and light truck tires from the Republic of Korea (Korea) at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On August 9, 2024, Commerce published the Preliminary Results in the Federal Register and invited comments from interested parties. [ 1 ] On December 4, 2024, Commerce extended the deadline for these final results by 60 days to February 5, 2025, in accordance with section 751(2)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.213(h)(2) .
