(Hankook TT), Nexen Tire Corporation (Nexen), and Kumho Tire Co., Inc. sold subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value during the period of review (POR) January 6, 2021, through June 30, 2022. [ 1 ] We invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Results. On November 21, 2023, we extended the deadline for the final results, in accordance with section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.213(h)(2) .
