(Hankook) and Nexen Tire Corporation (Nexen) made sales of passenger vehicle and light truck tires (passenger tires) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.
