SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of certain alkyl phosphate esters (alkyl phosphate esters) from the People's Republic of China (China). Commerce published the notice of initiation of this investigation on May 13, 2024.
