SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On June 21, 2019, Commerce published in the Federal Register an antidumping duty order on glycine from India. [ 1 ] On June 1, 2023, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order. [ 2 ] On August 3, 2023, Commerce published the notice of initiation of the administrative review of the Order, covering 30 foreign producers and/or exporters.
