SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that producers and/or exporters subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 25, 2025, based on timely requests for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we initiated an administrative review the antidumping duty order on glycine from India. [ 1 ] On September 10, 2026, Commerce selected Avid Organics Private Limited (Avid) and Mulji Mehta Enterprises (Mulji Mehta) as the mandatory respondents in this review.
