SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On November 18, 2025, Commerce published the Preliminary Results of the 2023-2024 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on glycine from India. [ 1 ] Due to a backlog of documents that were electronically filed via Enforcement and Compliance's Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Centralized Electronic Service System (ACCESS) during the Federal Government shutdown, on November 24, 2025, Commerce tolled all deadlines in administrative proceedings by 21 days. [ 2 ] Between April 3 and May 20, 2026, Commerce extended the deadline for these final results by 60 days. [ 3 ] Accordingly, the deadline for these final results is now June 8, 2026.
