SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that ULMA Forja, S.Coop (ULMA) and companies not selected for individual examination made sales of finished carbon steel flanges (flanges) from Spain in the United States at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) June 1, 2021, through May 31, 2022. [ 2 ] On October 12, 2023, Commerce extended the deadline for these final results of review to January 3, 2023.
