SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily ( printed page 69117) determines that certain cold-rolled steel flat products (cold-rolled steel) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) were sold in the United States at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), September 1, 2021, through August 31, 2022. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On September 20, 2016, Commerce published in the Federal Register the antidumping duty order on cold-rolled steel from Korea. [ 1 ] On September 1, 2022, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order for the period September 1, 2021, through August 31, 2022. [ 2 ] On November 3, 2022, based on timely requests for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we initiated an administrative review of the Order.
