SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain cold-rolled steel flat products (cold-rolled steel) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) were not made at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) September 1, 2023, through August 31, 2024. In addition, Commerce is rescinding the review, in part, with respect to 35 companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. DATES: Applicable March 6, 2026. [ 1 ] On September 3, 2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order for the POR.
