SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain cold-rolled steel flat products (cold-rolled steel) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) was not sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) September 1, 2022, through August 31, 2023. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On October 10, 2024, Commerce published the Preliminary Results in the Federal Register . [ 1 ] We invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Results;   [ 2 ] however, no interested party submitted comments. Accordingly, the final results remain unchanged from the Preliminary Results and, thus, there are no memoranda accompanying this Federal Register notice. On December 9, 2024, Commerce tolled the deadline to issue the final results in this administrative review by 90 days. [ 3 ] Accordingly, the deadline for these final results is now May 8, 2025.
