SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 7, 2022, Commerce published the Preliminary Results and invited interested parties to comment. [ 1 ] On August 8, 2022, ULMA Forja, S.Coop (ULMA) submitted its case brief. [ 2 ] No other interested party filed a case or rebuttal brief. These final results cover eight companies for which an administrative review was initiated and not rescinded. Commerce conducted this review in accordance with section 751(a)(1)(B) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act).
