[ 1 ] We invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Results. [ 2 ] This administrative review covers two mandatory respondents: Hyundai Steel Company (Hyundai) and POSCO/POSCO International ( printed page 15372) Corporation (PIC) (collectively, POSCO/PIC).
