SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On June 8, 2021, Commerce published the preliminary results of the 2019-2020 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand. [ 1 ] The review covers 29 producers and/or exporters of subject merchandise. We invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Results.
