Abstract

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that certain companies subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) March 1, 2024, through February 28, 2025. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding the review, in part, with respect to 28 companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On March 11, 1986, Commerce published in the Federal Register the antidumping duty (AD) order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes (CWP) from Thailand. [ 1 ] On March 4, 2025, based on timely requests for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order for the POR.
