SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On April 27, 2026, Commerce published in the Federal Register the Preliminary Results of this administrative review of the Order   [ 1 ] on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes (CWP) from Thailand and invited interested parties to comment. [ 2 ] This review covers the sole mandatory respondent, Saha Thai Steel Pipe Public Co., Ltd., also known as Saha Thai Steel Pipe (Public) Co., Ltd. (collectively, Saha Thai), and Thai Premium Pipe Co., Ltd (TPP), which was not selected for individual examination.
