SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On January 4, 2018, Commerce issued an antidumping duty (AD) order on hardwood plywood from China. [ 1 ] Several interested parties requested that Commerce conduct an administrative review of the AD Order, and on April 1, 2019, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of initiation of an administrative review of the AD Order for 58 producers/exporters for the POR.
