SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that there were no shipments of certain hardwood plywood products (hardwood plywood) from the People's Republic of China (China) during the period of review (POR) January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023, for certain companies under review. We are also rescinding these reviews with respect to 64 companies in the antidumping duty (AD) review, and five companies in the countervailing duty (CVD) review.
