SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION Background Commerce is conducting administrative reviews of the AD and CVD Orders on hardwood plywood from China in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). [ 1 ] On April 24, 2026, Commerce published the Preliminary Results of these administrative reviews  [ 2 ] and invited interested parties to comment. On May 15, 2026, Taraca Pacific Inc.
