SUMMARY: On June 25, 2014, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of the antidumping duty administrative review on stainless steel plate in coils (steel plate) from Belgium. [ 1 ] This review covers one manufacturer/exporter of the subject merchandise: Aperam Stainless Belgium N.V. (ASB). The period of review (POR) is May 1, 2012, through April 30, 2013. Based on our analysis of the comments received, we determine that ASB made sales at less than normal value.
