The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Aperam Stainless Belgium N.V. (ASB) did not make sales of stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On June 4, 2025, Commerce published the Preliminary Results of this review in the Federal Register and invited interested parties to comment. [ 1 ] On June 23, 2025, Commerce suspended the briefing schedule in order to issue a post-preliminary analysis. [ 2 ] On August 14, 2025, Commerce issued a post-preliminary analysis memorandum replacing the Cohen's d test with the “price difference test.”  [ 3 ] On August 18, 2025, Commerce re-established the briefing schedule and invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Results and the post-preliminary analysis; however, no interested party submitted comments.
