You are requesting the tariff classification on three inflatable wading pools. There are no designated style numbers for the pools but rather there are three styles: Basketball, Dino, and Crab. The 3 wading pools are properly classified in Chapter 95 of the HTSUS. The items are all constructed of a100% PVC material. The samples will be returned, as requested by your office. The applicable subheading for the 3 wading pools, styles Basketball, Dino, and Crab, will be 9506.99.5500, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for swimming pools and wading pools and parts and accessories thereof. The rate of duty will be 5.3% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. The text of the most recent HTSUS and the accompanying duty rates are provided on World Wide Web at http://www.usitc.gov/tata/hts/. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
