SUMMARY: In response to a request from Air Master Awning LLC (Air Master), the Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating anti-circumvention inquiries to determine whether imports of aluminum jalousie shutters that are processed in the Dominican Republic from window frame extrusions produced in the People's Republic of China (China), are circumventing the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on aluminum extrusions from China. We are also self-initiating scope inquiries to determine whether the aluminum jalousie shutters are subject to the AD and CVD orders. DATES: Applicable May 6, 2019.
