Box 1649) Clifton, NJ 07015-1649 RE: The tariff classification of Ipratropium Bromide (CAS# 22254-24-6), imported in bulk form, from India Dear Ms. Neger: It has come to our attention that the Chemical Abstracts Service number ("CAS#") cited for Ipratropium Bromide (i.e., "22254-26-6") in NY Ruling Letter C89703, which was issued to SST Corporation on July 20, 1998, is incorrect. In fact, as indicated in your ruling request letter, the correct CAS# for Ipratropium Bromide is: 22254-24-6. Please be advised that all other information contained in NY C89703 remains unchanged. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of this ruling or the control number indicated above, in conjunction with a copy of NY C89703, should be provided with the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
