You advised that the sample designated as style P3185 will be imported under additional style numbers differing only in color and pattern. The style numbers for the vest classified in PD B83424 are as follows: Styles P3185 and P31859 (solid) Styles P3194 and P31949 (printed) You have further stated that these style numbers represent garments identical to the one ruled on in PD B83424 and that no changes have been made to the garment. The balance of the information provided in PD B83424, concerning the rate of duty and the textile category designation, remains unchanged and is applicable to the styles shown above. This ruling is being issued under the provisions od Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
