C. 20036 RE: Request for classification of men's cotton shirts Dear Ms. Wai: This letter is in response to your letter of July 24, 1989, on behalf of County Seat Stores, requesting a classification ruling under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States Annotated (HTSUSA), for men's cotton shirts from Hong Kong. The same merchandise was the subject of a request for reconsideration of rulings issued submitted by importer's counsel. Attached is a copy of HRL 084771, dated August 24, 1989, classifying the subject garments as shirts under subheading 6205.20.2065, HTSUSA. The samples will be returned to you under separate cover.
